Replacement of existing rooftop HVAC units with new HVAC units & ductwork.

The project consists of underpinning of existing strip & spread footings including excavation to bottom of footings, preparation & footings to receive underpinning and backfill. Also includes removal & replacement of exterior sidewalks & paving & interior slabs-on-grade along with the removal & replacement or reinstallation of interior floor finishes as part of the underpinning work. The interior faces of the perimeter CMU walls are to be re-pointed where cracks are present. All openings are to be re-caulked.

The project includes the renovation of two new sets of restrooms, a new kitchen design, a new floor to cover the existing stairsto the basement level, renovation to the existing supply office, and renovation to the workout space. Alternates include renovating the supply office, demolishing the west offices (3) and renovating the space to create a fitness room, replacing all interior doors and flooring in carpeted office spaces with LVT, resealing the drill hall, replacing existing blinds with aluminum commercial grade blinds, and replacing the caging adjacent to the supply office.

Rehabilitation of 5 lift station valve vaults & wet wells, new control panels, new pumps, new electrical service connections, & decommission of 1 lift station with bypass piping.

CIVIL PACKAGE

Stand-alone fire alarm system throughout the buildings located across the campus, providing new addressable fire alarm systems, which will be networked to allow for system monitoring of each facility at the main security center located in the administration building.
