Carpet replacement, trim replacement, & wall painting which will require shifting, lifting of office furniture per phase. Replacement of vinyl stair treads & vinyl flooring at stair landings and limited wall repairs prior to painting. The building will be occupied at all times during normal working hours, and it is anticipated the work to be conducted in fourteen phases. All carpet & carpet mastic will be Owner furnished and stored in Contractor furnished storage container on site.

Lining & repairing existing sanitary sewer collection mains & service laterals.

Installing a single backup generator to supply electrical power to the entire complex during a utility power outage. the work will include installing a diesel generator, pad-mount medium voltage transformers, and a medium voltage switchgear automatic transfer switch. Site work including grading, concrete, & paving will be required.

Replacing the fire alarm system throughout buildings located across the Campus. This includes the removal & replacement of existing fire alarm control panels and signaling devices and provide a fully addressable fire alarm system, which will be networked to allow for system monitoring of each of the cottages located in the Administration Building.

Asphalt work at the existing playground & new concrete sidewalks & parking area along the north side of the building.

Asphalt milling & overlay of the existing bus loop near the northwest side of the building. A new concrete drive lane intersection is to be removed & replaced. A new storm sewer system is to be installed.

Concrete removal & replacement work of the existing entrance & steps. A new trench drain storm system is to be installed along with an ADA-compliant sidewalk.
