Excavate & remove the existing double, 7' diameter corrugated metal pipe crossing on W. Dothage Rd. Chip existing bedrock in order to construct a bedding pad & install a 16'Wx8'H precast concrete box culvert. Backfill culvert, install rock blankets, construct finished grading, restoration, & construct gravel road patch.
