Removing existing asphalt shingles, roof underlayment, metal roof edge, deteriorated plywood sheathing, wood siding & sheathing, soffit & fascia, and gutters & downspouts. Repair damaged sheathing, and install new roof underlayment, metal roof edge, architectural asphalt shingles, fiber cement siding, soffit & fascia, and new gutters & downspouts. Lightning protection system shall be reinstalled in the existing locations.
