Replacement of existing shower house and laundry with an updated new design shower house with 8 showers & 6 restrooms and a laundry. The structure will consist of reinforced concrete block walls, and a wood framed roof with asphalt shingles along with the other required appurtenances to complete the structure. Demolition of the existing shower house will be completed after the new shower house is completed.
