T2423-01 Renovate Inter & Exterior - Marshall Readiness Center

The project includes converting existing locker rooms to office space and improvements to the men's and women's latrines. Two clerestory windows in the assembly area will be replaced with louvers and motorized dampers for ventilation. A new fan coil unit will be added to the renovated office area. New lighting will be installed in the rooms converted to offices. Exterior work includes replacing the lower one-story roof with TPO and installing new gutters and downspouts. Alternates include floor finish modifications in the office areas and the addition of cooling to the server room.
