T2507-01 Repairs to Interior/Exterior-Lebanon Readiness Center

The project consists of improvements to the interior and exterior of the Lebanon Readiness Center. Interior renovations include the replacement of wall finishes, floor coverings, damaged ceiling tiles, replacement of lighting fixtures with LED lights, and door hardware. Selective demolition of the existing restrooms will be required for the revised restroom layouts to include individual shower stalls. The scope of work will also include improvements to the existing mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. Improvements to the exterior include light demolition to restore the exterior dumpster enclosure, replacement of the LED wall packs, and fluid-applied roofing over the existing standing seam metal roof.
